This review is long overdue! Dr. Hanson, Brittany M., and his staff are incredible! My four-month-old French Bulldog, Pote, suffered a tibial Avulsion fracture at 10 pm. Brittany was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even though I was coming from Houston they were very patient with me.Dr. Hanson was highly knowledgeable and provided me with regular updates via phone calls. His nurses were equally amazing, sending me adorable photos of my baby boy. I work at Gulfgate Animal Hospital in Houston, We highly recommend Dr. Hanson as our go-to referral clinic for orthopedic care. We not only trust him with our patients but also with our beloved pets. Pote is now nine months old, fully healed, and thriving! I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to give my baby another chance at life.

I drove 2 hours to get an emergency surgery for my dog, they told me in another vet that if the surgery was not done in 24 hours most likely she would die, I called at 9:00pm and they told me without hesitation to bring my dog in that they would do the procedure as soon as possible. They asked for a deposit it was a big amount and they told me that what was not use they would refund me and they did, and the whole procedure ended up being less expensive than I thought and I got refunded the rest of the money, I never felt they were paying more attention to the money than to save my dog’s life. The installations are top notch and the treatment was really professional, I’m not taking my pets to no other place than this one, they were calling me to give me constant updates. This whole team saved my dogs life, so I would definitely recommend anybody to go here.

Such a clean and safe environment. I love how they respected me as a exotic cat owner with not forcing me to vaccinate an all the vaccines regular cats get yet educated me on all the risks.

Our pup Zyia got into a scuffle with her older sister resulting into a pretty banged up paw. It had 2 broken bones, a dislocated one, and torn flesh. We brought her in on Thanksgiving and the took her right in amd evaluated her for treatment. Dr. Hanson performed the surgery the following Monday and they kept Zyia for a month for daily care. (We had a planned trip so daily care would be and issue for us and they worked with us to keep her there). The staff were very loving and loved our baby Zyia. (She is an attention seeker lol) The price for everything was very good especially when we tried another vet they would have charged us triple from what NVC charged. We are still in the healing and recovery process and hopefully everything continues to go great. Thanks Dr. Hanson for saving her paw and thank you to the staff for taking such great care of Zyia and giving her all the love.
